Aberdour Links –St Andrews area
Par 67, 5460 yards
Parkland course on the shore of the River Forth with some very
interesting holes. There are extensive views from all around the
course and in particular from the clubhouse accross the water to
Edinburgh and beyond.
Balbirnie – St Andrews area
Par 71, 6214 yards
The perfect choice for the keen golfer who enjoys playing on
beautiful wooded parkland with fine panoramic views. Chosen by the
Scottish PGA for professional tournaments, it is a true test of golf
and should be a must when visiting Fife.
Brora Links –North
Par 69, 6110 yards
James Braid had the vision to create something of great beauty, a
traditional links course. That tradition is still alive and well and
growing in stature at Brora. Here is unveiled a links where little
has changed since his visit in 1923. The hummocks and hollows are
especially breath taking as the sun sets. For the connoisseur Brora
is well worth the journey.
Burntisland Links – St Andrews area
Par 70, 5965 yards
Designed by Willie Park Jr. and James Braid, although golf was
played on the town Links from 1797 and the 'Old Club' had its
bicentenary in 1997. Easy and enjoyable walking but there are some
hills, which will test the legs.
Charleton – St Andrews area

The Charleton Golf Course, set in stunning parkland with spectacular
panoramic views over the Firth of Forth, is acclaimed to be the most

Golspie Links – North
Par 69
15 miles from Royal Dornoch and within a short drive of the other
local courses Tain and Brora, Golspie offers a unique blend of
seaside links, heath and parkland golf. Founded in 1889 and designed
by the legendary James Braid. The course offers a refreshing
challenge to all abilities of golfer.
Gullane #2 – South East & Edinburgh
Par 71, 6244 yards
Has been used for Open Championship Qualifying and the Seniors Open
Amateur.
Longniddry - South East & Edinburgh
Par 68
A unique combination of parkland and links located on the south side
of Firth of Forth. There are no par 5’s although some of the par 4's
are very testing, particularly into the prevailing westerly winds |
