ITINERARY
Day
1
Arrive
at Glasgow Airport to be greeted by your personal limousine driver
for the short drive to the five star Turnberry Hotel on the
Ayrshire coast and home to many Open Golf Championships.
Golfers may wish to relax with a few holes over these famous
links.
Day
2
An
excursion by ferry today to the Isle of Arran, known as Scotland
in miniature. Visit Brodick Castle and Gardens and tour
Scotland’s newest Whisky distillery at Lochranza. Return
to Turnberry for overnight.
Day
3
A
scenic drive today through the rolling scenery of the Scottish
Border Country. Perhaps visit the home of Sir Walter Scott
at Melrose or Mary Queen of Scots castle at Jedburgh.
Overnights for 2 nights at the five star Hilton Caledonian Hotel
in Edinburgh.
Day
4
Your
driver will take you on a complete tour of Scotland’s capital,
visiting all the great historic sites, Edinburgh Castle, The
Palace of Holyrood, John Knox’ House and much more. In the
evening perhaps attend a Scottish banquet and entertainment.
Day
5
North
across the Forth Bridge to St. Andrews – Golf anyone? If
not, continue across the Tay Bridge to visit the home of the Queen
Mother at Glamis Castle and the ancient crowning place of Scottish
kings at Scone Palace. Overnight at the world famous
Gleneagles Hotel for 2 nights. This is a paradise for
golfers.
Day
6
Golfers
can enjoy playing the King’s or Queen’s Courses.
Non golfers will be driven north into the Scottish Highlands,
visiting Blair Castle, home to Britain’s only private army,
Pitlochry, Crieff and Aberfeldy.
Day
7
First
a visit to majestic Stirling Castle, then through the most
spectacular scenery in Scotland, The Trossachs, and Loch Lomond
for your final night at the five star Cameron House Hotel on the
“Bonnie Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond” .

8
A
short drive to Glasgow Airport for the flight home.
